OISHII Ramen is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with decor that feels like stepping into an artistic dream. While not all of the decor is directly from Studio Ghibli, the art style captures the same whimsical, enchanting vibe that makes it feel magical. The ramen here is phenomenal, every bowl is bursting with rich, authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. The menu offers a great variety, so there’s something for everyone, and you can tell the chefs take pride in every dish they create. On top of that, the staff is warm and welcoming, adding to the already amazing experience. If you’re looking for delicious food in a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, and an inexpensive meal; OISHII Ramen is the place to go. Highly recommend it!

I’ve had ramen in Japan, South Korea and Europe alongside USA staples and this was easily a Top 10 ramen bowl. The atmosphere reminds me of a Studio Ghibli film and the sushi was fresh. Must go in Minot.

Everything here was fantastic from the outside, it really doesn't have much appeal. Dark windows and really empty lot. Once you get in, their decor & asthetics were pretty impressive! Really loved the dim light and suttle japanese vibe through out the restaurant; the staff very welcoming and had great service in general Their food was really good as well; We had 2 create our own ramen with 2 different recipes, and both were very delicious & would recommend to anyone

The noodles are so good! The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. We arrived while it was slightly busy and the staff was friendly, patient and very attentive. The wines were good and the sake recommendation was fantastic. The dessert was absolutely delicious. This is one of my favorite places in town when we chose to eat out.

We absolutely loved it. Our waitress was sweet, and the food was great. Cute and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was clean. I only tried the seafood but was impressed. Can’t wait to have the ramen next time, I’ve only heard great things about it from other friends who have gone! Love the fact that you can customize your food and make fun combinations.

The best place for sushi in Minot. Fear not, they cater to midwesterners by having a sushi menu w pictures and narration of it is raw or cooked. You can find a bunch of rolls that fit your style. Food came so fast! Service was friendly.

I get so excited to come here every time. The flavors are delicious, and it’s fairly high quality for its price. I’m from another state and getting remotely close is 1.5x the cost. I’ve only gotten the create your own ramen bowl, but the sushi looks amazing and I’m really looking forward to trying it soon! Update: Tried one of the sushi rolls, I was in HEAVEN. My love and I like to get sushi once a week and it did not disappoint at all.
